WILLIAM M. CARELLO is a partner and heads the firm's corporate practice group. He practices in the areas of commercial transactions, business organizations, and real estate. Mr. Carello received his degree in business administration magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut School of Business Administration where he majored in finance with a concentration in real estate. He received his law degree with high honors from the University of Connecticut School of Law. He was a notes and comments editor of the Connecticut Law Review and was a member of the Connecticut Moot Court Board.

Mr. Carello is a two term past president of the Darien Chamber of Commerce. He is also a past District Governor of the International Association of Lions Clubs and a member of the Darien Lions Club.

He is also a former chairperson of the Business Law Section of The Regional Bar and is a frequent lecturer in matters of business law.
