Kathryn A. o'brien

Kathryn A. O'Brien, an associate, joined the firm in September of 2007. Ms. O'Brien practices in the area of Commercial Litigation, Employment Law and Appellate work.

Ms. O'Brien earned her bachelor's degree from American University (cum laude). She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Connecticut School of Law (with honors), where she received awards of academic achievement in Torts, Moot Court and Building Urban Communities clinic. She was Member and Notes and Comments Editor of the Connecticut Journal of International Law. Attorney O'Brien served as a law clerk to the Honorable Joseph P. Flynn, Chief Judge of the Connecticut Appellate Court, from 2003-2004. She is admitted to the Bar of the State of Connecticut, the U.S. District Court District of Connecticut and the Second Circuit of the U.S. Court of Appeals. Ms. O'Brien serves as Co-Chair of the Regional Bar Association's EmploymentLaw Committee.
