S. Ben Brightwell S. BEN BRIGHTWELL joined the firm as an associate in February of 2009. Mr. Brightwell practices in the areas of family law and general civil litigation. He has broad experience through all stages of family and commercial litigation. Mr. Brightwell earned his Bachelors degree in Communications from Western Washington University in 1999 and his Juris Doctor from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 2005. During law school, Mr. Brightwell was a member of the Moot Court team that won the National Family Law competition. Mr. Brightwell is a member of the Connecticut and New York State Bars, and is an active member of the Fairfield County Bar Association. His family law practice includes divorce, custody, visitation, child support and civil union issues. His litigation practice includes civil, commercial, personal injury, foreclosure, real estate related disputes and landlord/tenant matters.
